workharmony is an expert in flexible employment. Our mission is to provide companies access to mid to high level professionals who are available on an as-needed basis – short-term full-time, permanent part-time or other contractual and project placements. Deborah Meek

With over 15 years of experience working in advertising, and marketing communications plus three young children, Deborah has first hand experience on the importance of balance.

Deborah began her career at Foote, Cone & Belding working with large multi-national consumer packaged goods clients. Since then she has held a number of progressive roles both client side (Canadian Tire) and most recently at Ogilvy & Mather. Over the years she has had the opportunity to work with clients like Nestle, Goodyear, Hershey, Sony, Winners, Diageo, Dunlop, Burroughs Wellcome, and Mattel.

Kristina Pearce, CFA

A Queen’s University Commerce grad, Kristina started her career at Bank of Montreal working in progressive positions in Treasury and Finance while earning her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She left BMO to join the Banc of America Securities Equity Research team in San Francisco, covering the Business Services sector. After relocating back to Toronto, she moved to the buyside as an investment analyst at a large Canadian-based hedge fund.

Kristina’s personal experience juggling a demanding career and two young children was a source of inspiration to join Deborah in the creation of workharmony.
